Terms of Compensation

Compensation is based on percentages of sales, bonuses and a minimum base salary.

Percentages

During the first month and a half, a new sales agent will earn 10% of his/her sale. Commission is calculated once a week, on Mondays, on sales made the previous week.

After the first month and a half, the commission automatically increases to 15 %.
For example, on a weekly total sales of $5,400...
A weekly 10% commission is $540
A weekly 15% commission is $810
Clearly the difference is significant.

Bonus

Note: All bonuses are based on collected funds, be it from a current sale or collection from a previous sale i.e. checks, post dated checks, approved credit card, debits or cash.

Weekly Bonuses

Total weekly sales of or in excess of $4,400 will result in a $40 bonus.
Total weekly sales of or in excess of $6,400 will result in a $120 bonus.

Monthly Bonuses

The monthly bonus is independent of the weekly bonus and is calculated based on the total monthly sales, it is added to the weekly bonus.

Monthly bonus calculations are based on calendar months i.e. on the first of every month the previous month sales are totaled.

Total monthly sales of or in excess of $23,000 will result in a $200 bonus.
Total monthly sales of or in excess of $32,000 will result in a $500 bonus.

Income Supplements

Income supplements are calculated and paid at the end of the work month. From the first work day, 23 days are counted, during which the agent actually worked, not including weekends, vacations, holidays or other missed days.

Income supplements rage from $1,500 and $2,500. It is determined at the initial interview and is based on individual experience and current market conditions.

At the end of 23 days the agent meets with his/her personal sales manager to calculate the commission earned. If it does not meet the previously determined minimum salary, then we supplement the difference. In other words the income supplement agreed on by the agent and the manager is a minimum salary which will only increase.
