Services:

Lawn Maintenance-

Spring Cleanup:
Begins during the month of March, weather permitting. Mow lawn, rake and clean beds, spade edge beds and weed beds. All winder debris will be removed, clean all walkways and drive areas.

Monthly Maintenance:
10 Monthly Payments starting in March through December. Mowing of lawn, edging of beds, blowing of grass clippings, removal of debris, and weeding.

Lawn Care:
Treatements are made throughout the season based upon the program's schedule. When treatments are made areas will be flagged. 8 Treatments per season.

Seasonal Pruning:
Manicure and reshape all shrubs and perennials using proper techniques to promote health and growth. Prune dead areas and removal of debris if needed.

Fall Cleanup:
Beginning the 1st week of October with 8 visits along with general maintenance fee. Rake and clean leaves, clean beds, walkways and drive areas, remove annuals, and cut back necessary perennial.

Top Soil:
Seed, Sod Shrubs, Trees, Mulch, York Raking, Fertilizing Programs.

Hardscape Design:
Retaining Walls, Waterfalls, Ponds, Brick Pavers, Patios, Sidewalks and Driveways.
