Directions to Dr. Duffy’s Office

By car:  From eastern Queens or Long Island go west on Grand Central Parkway to Exit 3 Hoyt Avenue.  Proceed on Hoyt Avenue to Crescent Avenue.  Turn left on Crescent Avenue.  Then left on 30th Avenue.  (Mt. Sinai Hospital of Queens is on the corner.)  27-10 “Chelsea” is a tan-colored apartment building on the right half-way down the block.  Enter Suite LA through the white door on the right side of the building entrance.

By public transportation:  Subway N or W, 30th Avenue stop.  Walk west on 30th Avenue, office on left side.

Bus lines Q 18 & Q 102 stop close to the office.
