We are a restaurant-Diner.

We cater almost all types of food (not just Italian or Greek).

We came from NYC and therefore the way we prepare and present our dishes is a lot different then the normal southern style.

We have sautéed dishes. For example shrimp can be sautéed with feta cheese, fresh tomato, garlic, olive oil, seasonings etc.

Portions are larger then regular restaurants would offer. Our food is cooked daily, always fresh, with lots of seasoning.

We sometimes combine different ways of cooking. For example, we have oven baked potatoes that are seasoned with salt, pepper, oregano, lemon and olive oil. Not just a baked potato with butter or sour cream.

We have our signature Panini. Panini portions are larger, prepared fresh daily with more seasonings. Small details are added, different cheeses with different meats. Dips are combined with the dishes, and not just ketchup, mustard or mayo.
