Getting Started
Applying for a mortgage can seem overwhelming. Here at Bridgeport Lending our goal is to make the process as painless as possible. Here is some basic information to help you get started:
Information required to complete your loan application:
- List your home addresses for the last two years, including zip codes.
- Names and complete addresses of all employers for the last two years, including zip codes.
- Names, account numbers, and addresses for all savings, checking, credit union & other asset accounts with approximate balances.
- List all open credit card accounts, mortgages and loans that you are currently obligated to pay. Please itemize all balances, monthly payments and account numbers.
- Itemize all real estate owned; list present market value, mortgages and gross rental income, if applicable.
