About Me
As you will see from the attached CV, I have a law degree from the University of London, England. I worked as a solicitor in private practice in England and made Aliyah to Israel in 1978. I worked about 20 years in government service in Israel. In 1998, when I retired from public service, I wrote the handbook on notarial practice and then started in private practice, bringing together a wealth of experience gained over the years. I lecture at the seminar for notaries at Tel-Aviv University and also work with the Israel Bar Association where I coordinate the supervision of traineeship of potential members of the profession. I am a member of the Ministre of Justice's Advisory Council on Privacy Protection.
