Authorize approval of the successful bidder. Ensure all necessary permits and licenses have been obtained. Authorize the release and use of funds throughout the project. Assure that all parties understand the project’s design and requirements at every stage. Deliver timely and clear weekly reports concerning construction progress, and milestones. Manage the change order process to minimize delay and costs. Monitor the construction process to anticipate difficulties, and resolve issues early. Administer progress payments to assure that work milestones are being met and that all current expenses are paid in a timely manner. Assure that the contractor provides a safe workplace. Perform field inspections. Review health and safety plans and remedial action work plans. Serve as liaison between the company and government entities.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through management of engineering and construction personnel and new business processes. Monitor and develop plans for performance and improvement in safety, productivity, customer relations and reliability. Positively affect customer satisfaction/perception results by minimizing inquiries and complaints through expedient issue resolution of jobs originating from government entities and large industrial
and commercial customers.
